BUÑUEL IN THE LABYRINTH OF THE TURTLES , co-written and directed by Salvador Simó Busom won the Special Jury Prize at Animation Film Festival in LA. It also happened to be the world premiere of the film. Previously it has been shown for the first time in Work In Progress at Annecy Film Festival 2018. Congratulations to the team!
The film follows surrealist filmmaker Luis Buñuel and his producer friend Ramón as they shoot an ambitious documentary on the poverty-stricken remote Las Hurdes region in Spain.
