Drama. Directed by Salvador García Ruíz
The directorial debut of Salvador García Ruiz is based on the novel of the same name by the enfant terrible of Spanish literature from the 1990s, José Ángel Mañas, adapted by the director himself, who won a Goya for his work as a screenwriter. It is a harsh, unflinching generational portrait of the early millennials, whose disorientation and nihilism are presented through several intersecting stories set in Madrid, which becomes a character in itself. The film, well-received by both critics and audiences, propelled a group of young actors into prominence: Gustavo Salmerón, Tristán Ulloa, Laia Marull, Lola Dueñas, Adriá Collado, and María Esteve.
During an autumn, the life of a youth group suffers a radical transformation. They live in a big city and, although they belong to different social classes, they feel united by invisible bonds.
