José Mota, one of Spain’s most popular and beloved comedians, makes his directorial debut with production company La Terraza Films, known for acclaimed projects such as THE LAWS OF THE BORDER (winner of five Goya Awards) and SATURN RETURN (Spain’s submission for the 2024 Oscars). He presents a period comedy with dramatic touches that embraces humor as the most powerful weapon against tragedy and pays tribute to traveling performers and silent film. Alongside José Mota, the cast includes twotime Goya winner Karra Elejalde (SPANISH AFFAIR 1 & 2).
