Comedy. Directed by Martín Cuervo
A family comedy full of twists that explores universal themes such as the importance of family, tolerance, and the need to walk in someone else’s shoes to empathize and understand them. Directed by genre specialist Martín Cuervo (CARPOOLERS, THE FLAG), the film features a cast led by Kira Miró (THE FERPECT CRIME) and Salva Reina (THE 47), alongside veteran actress Elena Irureta (PATRIA), and the young Sofía Otero, who makes her second cinematic appearance after winning the Acting Award in Berlin for 20.000 SPECIES OF BEES.
The Fuentes are a family as imperfect and dysfunctional as any other. The parents are caught up in their routines and consumed by their careers; the teenage twins, a boy and a girl, can’t stand each other, making life miserable for everyone around them; the youngest daughter feels neglected, and the grandmother does as she pleases. But, as everything can always get worse, on her ninth birthday, the youngest makes a peculiar wish. The next day, they wake up with their bodies swapped, leading to a series of crazy mix-ups.
