A black comedy from the Oscar-winning production company Tornasol, full of social satire and politically incorrect. Inspired by the theft of Charlie Chaplin’s coffin by two inept criminals, the story is relocated to contemporary Spain, full of its distinctly Mediterranean sense of humor and zest for life. The director delivers a film with a frenetic pace, in which every character swings between the lovable and the despicable.

Desperate to save her family from eviction, Rosario convinces her husband and brother to steal the corpse of the businessman who ruined them. Their plan: demand from the widow the ransom they deserve. They thought they had planned the perfect crime, but there was one problem: their victim wasn’t dead. The man was still alive, having faked his own death to escape justice. What began as the perfect crime turns into a deadly trap where nothing is as it seems.
