An adaptation of Jordi Galcerán’s play «El método Gronholm,» one of the biggest successes in terms of reviews and audiences of the 20th century, with a screenplay by Mateo Gil, a frequent collaborator of Alejandro Amenábar. Argentinian director Marcelo Piñeyro helms a Spanish-Argentine co-production between Tornasol and Alquimia, with an impressive cast of actors from both nationalities: Pablo Echarri, Eduardo Noriega, Ernesto Alterio, Eduard Fernández, Najwa Nimri, Adriana Ozores, Carmelo Gómez, and Natalia Verbeke. It is a satire on the ruthless personnel selection processes of multinational corporations and the lack of scruples among the applicants. The movie won two Goya Awards (Adapted Screenplay and Supporting Actor for Gómez) and participated in the Mar del Plata Film Festival.
