THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN

Rock comedy, in the style of «Full Monty», about irreducible losers who claim that one should never give up on their dreams, no matter how impossible they may seem, and starring Spain’s most beloved comedian, José Mota, alongside Goya Award winner Jorge Sanz.

In the late 80s, the rock band Metralla released their debut album, which became a huge hit. However, before they could perform their first concert, the band mysteriously and unexpectedly disbanded. Thirty years have passed, and Miguel, one of its members, still dreams of becoming a rock star while struggling to manage a music store on the brink of being repossessed by the bank. Suddenly, he’s presented with the opportunity he’s been waiting for his entire life: a famous radio presenter offers him a concert at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid, with one condition – that he reunites the original lineup of Metralla.
